There are 6 bedrooms and a nanny annex. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house which have king size beds. The two bedrooms in the cottage have 2 singles each which can be zipped together and made into doubles there is also a kitchenette in the cottage. The Annex is on opposite side of house. All bedrooms are en-suite, have safes, fridge and hair dryer. Each bedroom also has a terrace with ocean views. There is a media room with plasma screen TV, iPod docking station, ADSL and broadband internet. There is a large reception and living area, large outdoor dining patio with table to seat 14, large outdoor living area, wet bar, BBQ, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gazebo and tennis court.
