The house, built on 33,000 sq. ft.of land, includes 10,250 sq. ft of floor area furnished with beautiful custom made furniture imported directly from Indonesia and Bali with Caribbean influences.
Tom Tom features an open plan ground floor with natural stone floors and coral stone walls throughout.
Four spacious bedroom suites, each with their own bath/shower room, are positioned on the ground floor; two of the bedrooms feature private uncovered tub baths in addition to personal tropical courtyards, while another has its own intimate terrace. The formal living room, 2 casual sitting rooms, a media room, powder room and shower room complete the accommodation on the ground floor.
The master suite, which is located on the first floor, enjoys 180 views of the Caribbean Sea and features an en suite bathroom as well as a study/sitting room.
Tom Tom offers lavish entertaining areas with Portuguese marble, granite, limestone and unique handmade Balinese stone carvings. The accommodation incorporates a 50 ft. reception room that leads on to an expansive terrace overlooking a stunning 20-meter infinity-edge pool to the ocean beyond. The fully fitted custom-built kitchen with breakfast area opens out to the poolside dining pavilion.
The house is located within the private neighborhood of Calijanda Estate, just a 5 minute drive to Holetown on a ridge above the west coast of Barbados in the renowned district of St James, close to Sandy Lane, and also neighboring the well known Royal Westmoreland and Sugar Hill Resort developments. The house has fantastic 180 views overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
